NHYC has a long tradition of running world-class events. Whether it’s a world championship, olympic qualification event, offshore race, national team race, or weeknight sailing in the Bay - NHYC is committed to providing excellence in race management. With a strong team of volunteers and an active group of local, regional, and national PRO’s, NHYC continues to attract high-caliber local and national events. Our ongoing programs of education and training for our incoming volunteers, continues to strengthen our long standing reputation.

Volunteering for Race Committee duty at NHYC is available year-round. With over 40 racing events scheduled throughout the year, race committee members get leading-edge training, see top-notch racing up-close, and contribute to the long history of volunteering and supporting NHYC.
